Supervisory Board of Metinvest Holding has approved the new name for Leman Commodities SA and thus completed the process of re-branding of the Sales Service Channels of Steel and Rolled Products Division.

The Company responsible for selling the products outside Ukraine and CIS countries will be called Metinvest International SA.

The legal registration of the new name has been completed and all the key clients have been informed in advance. The names of representative offices in 15 countries of the world will be also changed and the process is expected to be completed within the next several months. 

To the words of Andrey Parkhomchuk, the Sales Director of Steel and Rolled Products Division of Metinvest Holding and the CEO of Metinvest International SA “On the one hand the renaming of Leman Commodities SA into Metinvest International SA will not cause any significant changes. This is a Swiss Company with a 10 year history; it was incorporated in Geneva and it is completely governed by Swiss laws in its activity.
