Lasma Osina is the Chief Financial Officer of Metinvest International SA. She holds a Master degree in Economics and International Affairs from the Latvia University and is a certified accountant (ACCA). Lasma started her career at Rodl & Partner Audit Company in Riga (Latvia). She joined Leman Commodities SA in October 2002 and since then was managing different positions within Finance department, with the last one being Financial Controller of Metinvest International SA. 

Vicken is a business lawyer graduate in international business law from La Sorbonne law school in Paris. He also holds the LLM degree from Suffolk law school in Boston.

He joined Metinvest International as a legal counsel in 2002, bringing extensive international experience as a partner at major international business law firms and concerns, advising private and institutional clients in international trade, banking and corporate finance, M&A, mediation and arbitration. He is based in Geneva since 2005.

Séverine Riccio has worked in HR for about 10 years in different environments such as Bank (Lloyds TSB Bank), NGO (Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition) and Luxury (Chanel). She has treated the different aspects of Human Resources during her career with a specialization in Administration and Payroll.
She is a Specialist in Human Resources with Advanced Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training, Option HR-Management (Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en Ressources Humaines).”
